The hostel is conveniently located within walking distance to various attractions and amenities in the city center. It is also near the train line, making it easy to explore further. The bedrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There are events every night where you can socialize with other backpackers and make new friends.
The Wi-Fi connection in the hostel is not reliable.

We had a minor issue with the bedsheets upon arrival, but the reception staff promptly resolved it and provided us with fresh sheets. The hostel's location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The free pancakes for breakfast were a nice touch, and the daily events at the ubar bar added to the fun atmosphere. I would recommend this hostel for its cleanliness, great location, and enjoyable extras.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The beds were very comfortable and the duvets provided were great. The wooden floors throughout the premises and the big windows in the rooms added a nice touch. The location was very convenient, as it was quite near to the train station and just a short walk from the tram stops. Having a 7-11 store next door was really convenient too. The staff were amazing - the Kiwi guy and the guy from Manchester were friendly and competent. The WiFi was good and affordable, only $12 for a week, and it worked well the whole time I stayed.

The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. Great location near attractions and nightlife. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Convenient check-in even late at night. Great recommendations for late-night activities.

This hotel has great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the southern cross station and right opposite a train line too, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with big lockers for storing belongings. Plus, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with pancakes included, a delightful way to start the day.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.
